Customer Service

How to Order

Online:  Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our online store is safe, easy, and convenient during the day or night. However, you need to call during normal business hours to place a furniture or mattress order. Our hours are Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We want to be sure you are getting the right mattress for your individual needs and that we have the correct information to ship your furniture and or mattress.  If you have any questions regarding your online order, you can e-mail us at Orders at Organic Abode or by calling (831) 325-9269 during normal business hours.

Warranty Information

All Products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We will assist you in getting these matters resolved.

General Shipping Information

The items will be shipped our best way, which is usually US Postal Service, UPS Ground or truck freight for the heaviest furniture items and mattresses.  We currently only ship to addresses in the Continental United States and Canada.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Priority or Overnight Shipping

If you would like priority or overnight shipping, please contact us for availability and the shipping charge as we do pay shipping on Priority or Overnight. Not all items are available for overnight shipping.

Direct From Manufacturers

All of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Therefore, you may receive multiple boxes in an order and they may be shipped by different methods. Bedroom furniture is made to order and they typically take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive at the destination. Mattresses are also made to order and typically take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. We will give you detailed information about expected shipping and delivery times with all furniture and mattress orders.

You will receive email notification when and how your order is being shipped.

Cancellation Policy

If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped or manufactured, there is no charge for the cancellation and you will receive a full refund. If the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip (inbound and outbound) shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us via phone or email and we will assess the situation and resolve it.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind what we sell. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item within the following guidelines.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with some exceptions as noted below. All returns are to be accompanied by the original sales receipt and be in the original packaging with original tags and labels. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Products that may not be returned include pillows, mattresses, mattress pads and toppers. No return of other bedding items that have been removed from the original packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of bed frames and other furniture. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.
  • All returns must have an authorization number. Call (831) 325-9269 or email Returns at Organic Abode to receive the authorization number and the address for the return. Items returned in compliance with the Return Policy will receive a full refund.


Inspect Your Order for Damages

Please inspect the items you have ordered immediately upon delivery. Depending on the type of item ordered, you may be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt from UPS or the truck freight company. In the rare situation where the item is obviously damaged, please refuse the shipment and keep the shipping receipt. Please note the reason for refusal on the shipping receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or replacement parts to be delivered immediately. We are committed to remedy the situation. In the event a replacement is delivered to you before original shipment is returned, you are responsible for the return of the original item. Failure to return the damaged item will result in a charge to your credit card for the non-returned item.

If you notice damage to your item after delivery, please note the specifics of the damage on your shipping receipt. If you have a large shipment like furniture and or mattresses that are delivered by truck freight instead of UPS, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the truck's departure. Do not accept damaged shipments.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We do not share your customer data with third parties, period. Your information will never be used to contact you regarding any non-company related issues, or for any issues not related to your purchase with us.

Sales Tax

Only customers in California will be charged a sales tax. For, California customers you will click on the county you live in at the checkout, so you will be charged accordingly. If you don't click on your county an 8.50% default sales tax rate will apply.

Payment Options

PayPal
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards by using PayPal.

If needed, we accept checks and money orders. After you place your order using the checks and money orders option, we will send you an email with payment mailing information. Products will ship once payment is cleared.
