Organic cotton barrier covers for our mattresses feature tightly woven fabric and a zipper to protect against those nasty little dust mites. Imported fabric from Germany - 400 thread count and tested to 6 microns for true dust mite protection.

Our barrier cloth is a high 440 thread count SKAL certified organic cotton fabric that is then heat pressed to tighten the fibers to a 6 micron opening - recommended to protect against dust mites debris.. We do not contaminate our organic cotton by adding any chemicals or urethanes. Chemical-Free. In addition, we do not dye our fabrics to make them look richer. We prefer to keep out dyes whenever possible. We close our mattresses with our hard plastic zipper to keep those mites out. Brass zippers have too much space in between their teeth and are not recommended for barrier covers. And our zipper zips on 3 sides for ease of use. 

Our mattress barrier cover slips over mattresses 6-8", 8-10", 10-12", 12-14" and 14-16". Please order your barrier cover 1" greater than you mattress as you want to insure a snug fit.
